This page was created to concentrate on rock and metal music in the Washington D.C. area. We are inspired by the fans and the bands.
Our purpose is to help support the local metal and underground scene. We believe that metal is making a huge comeback in the world and we want to assist artists and musicians to become their full potential in the growing industry. This is not a fanzine page, we do not plan to cover every band in the area. We do plan to occasionally highlight select few local artists that we feel have merit, as well as major acts that come through the D.C. area.
We would like a small network of people who could help us cover the D.C. metal scene. Writers, photographers and artists are welcome to apply for work here. (Click here for more details.) More details can be found on our Volunteers page. Becoming a volunteer could eventually earn you a paid position with us!
